Whether taking the witness stand in a multimillion-dollar fraud litigation or a sensitive patent case, J. Allen Kosowsky brings to bear more than 40 years of experience in tax, accounting, valuation and advisory services, as well as the credibility earned testifying in a wide range of high-profile cases covering many industries.
Allen has been called upon to be a court-appointed auditor and has been appointed to receiverships at both the federal and state levels, in addition to serving in administrator positions in multimillion-dollar probate matters.
He cut his teeth in accounting, taxation and financial advising in 11 years at Ernst & Young, and brings a sound financial background and a solid reputation further bolstered by stints on the board of directors at major public companies and VC firms, including as Chairman of the Board of On2 Technologies (sold to Google) and now on the Board of Thor Industries, Inc.
